at Margaretta Cottage, 6 Leichhardt Street, Glebe Point.
Rex Melville and Christine Marrinan (vocals); David McIntosh and Owen
Reynolds (piano). Cabaret including songs by Bricusse and Newley, Gershwin,
Ebb and Kander, Piaff, Dumont, Tate, Cole Porter, Hart and Rodgers, James
Hanley and Irving Berlin.
Tickets $40/$20. Snacks and beverages included.
Catering by Michael King, gourmet chef from Tasmania.

CONCERT 2
Sunday 10 November 1430hrs
at the Great Hall, University of Sydney.
Students of the Conservatorium of Music.
"The focus of the program will be on brass and organ. William Walton's music
will be featured with three songs for soprano and piano (two are musical
settings of poems from the Facade Suite), brass fanfares and the Processional
March from "Crown Imperial" for brass and organ. The program will also include organ solos and various combinations of brass instruments (up to 15-20 players at times). Other composers featured will be Holst, Wagner, Strauss and Coates (Dam Busters March). Two brilliant young trumpeters will also be playing."

CONCERT 3
Friday 15 November 2000hrs
at Margaretta Cottage.
Cantolibre - Latin American music with forty acoustic instruments including cane flutes, zamponas, charangos and rondadors from the Andes, a cuatro from Venezuala, a tiple from Colombia, a vilhuela and guitarron from Mexico, a cajon from Peru, and a marimba from Guatemala. Music by Atahualpa Yupanqui and Astor Piazzolla ( Argentina) , Victor Jara, Violeta Parra, and Horacio Salinas ( Chile), Ary Barroso and Ernesto Nazareth (Brazil) plus some traditional tunes of Panama, Bolivia, Guatemala, Ecuador and other South American countries.
Tickets $40/$20. Including wine, juice, coffee, tea and cake.

CONCERT 4  
Sunday 17 November 1500hrs
at St Scholastica's Chapel, 2 Avenue Road, Glebe.
Coro Innominata. Motets by Stainer, Harris, Bairstow and featuring Purcell
anthems 'They that go down to the Sea in ships' and 'My belovéd Spake'.
